I am a 4th grade public school teacher in rural California. Most of my 28 students come from working class families, many of whom are struggling because of the work environment. I want my students to be able to have easy access to modern technology in the classroom. They should be able to use tablets and iPads for research, learning different languages, math, science, and progress assessments. Presently, these learning tools are not available at all at our school for students.
