The magnetic board and magnets will be a daily creative interactive assessment tool. This will be accomplished through a system called plickers. Student find this system a fun and exciting way to answer questions. The educational and motivational posters appeal to a student"s visual learning. Daily reinforcement and confirmation of their abilities drive students to learn. These daily reminders are essential in building a student's self esteem and mathematical skills. The end goal is to a have child believe in their own abilities to learn. If a child can see a concept on a regular basis whether mathematical or motivational the possibility of retention is dramatically increased and so is the probability of success.
