These heart rate monitors will help every student track their fitness progress so much easier. It will make becoming physically for fun and exciting! These heart rate monitors would be used in team sports to begin so that students would learn how they work. I would then transition to using them in fitness activities and start teaching how heart rate technology to start assessing their workouts and physical fitness level. The heart rate monitors would encourage the students in the school to improve physically and learning how heart rate technology used during workouts can help them improve and be successful.
