Thank you all for donating to my project. My students and I are very grateful for this technology that you have given us. This Ipad allows me to display my lessons on the device itself as well as my whiteboard. I am able to walk around the classroom more during my lesson, which helps alot with management of the students and allowing them to focus more. Before and after school, students come in to get help from me on homework, I am able to use the IPAD to show them the processes used to solve problems. There are a plethora of apps for the IPAD I can use. I have made videos from the IPAD and put them on my class facebook page.

When I mention that I got my IPAD from you donors, I see a sense of surprise from my students. A kind of surprise that makes them believe in good people again. We live in a poorer part of the country, where resources are limited in the classroom. They get excited that people would donate to them, knowing that people care makes a difference. I find that it has restored their belief in humanity again. Thank you for caring enough to make a difference in young adults lives.

The students that I see affected by this donation the most are students who have experience to technology, but don't know about the potential it can bring them. They are so used to just text messaging or talking on the phone, that they do not realize that they can graph, solve equations, draw pictures, calculate many different things on such technology. Alot of students even download the same app on their own device for home use. It is nice to see them using things that I taught them, and that you have been apart of.
