These headphones will significantly impact student learning. Students use headphones during reading rotations where they listen to books online, complete phonics programs, and comprehension activities. We also use headphones during math rotations for students performing below grade level that would benefit from listening to directions. Headphones allow students to better access the curriculum and understand the material. Currently, our school does not provide us with sufficient headphones. During rotations students use broken headphones or none at all, which is distracting to other students working quietly. Many parents of the students do not have the financial resources to provide their child with quality headphones.

About my class
