Students will be using these tools to assess the world around them by completing field work to obtain data to determine soil and water quality around the local community. Students will be able to understand the purpose of accurate data collection and how to analyze and interpret data that they collected. Students will advance their skills in understanding the differences of soil and water quality by testing pH, dissolved oxygen, salinity, and much more. They will go out into the community and develop solutions to make it healthier for the people and animals that live there.

About my class
