It will help add innovation and create an enticing environment for my students to learn in as we do guided lessons and small group interventions to instill character values. It will help my students feel that they have a safe haven to come to for comfort and help and not feel intimidated. They will learn valuable lessons on character development, socialization skills, as well as develop new friendships with each other. It will also allow the students I counsel the freedrom to choose their type of flexible seating in our classroom to help them open up and feel relaxed in our sessions.
