These wonderful tablets would give my students the ability to document their projects, research new culinary adventures. My students would be able to view videos on particular knife cuts, culinary techniques, and recipes. They would also be able to document their successes through videos and photos, as well as add them to their portfolios. I enjoy working with my students, and having the resources to help enhance our class will make their experiences even more educational. The Culinary class is always hands on, and sometimes learning at the students own pace with a video of particular knife cuts makes all the difference.
