Although I have been teaching for over 16 years, I am now moving grade levels from intermediate (5th grade) to primary (1st grade). The majority of my classroom supplies and resources are geared towards upper elementary students. Now I will need early literacy and math resources and manipulatives for 1st graders. These supplies will be used by students daily to learn how to read, write stories, and critically think through math problems. They will love all the magnetic letters, alphabet stamps, math counters, and other tools that will allow them to actively practice new skills through hands on activities. I am also requesting a few items for the classroom that will help my students learn in a safe and comfortable environment including florescent light filters and an air purifier, We are excited to be returning to school this fall, mainly face to face, and appreciate all you can do to support our classroom and learning. The future of our world is in my classroom!
