I love my school, but our funds are limited and the supplies available to us are all cardiovascular like jump ropes and playground balls; we desperately need strength equipment. These medicine balls will serve over 600 students! I did my master's degree in exercise and the brain. Studies have shown that students who get exercise every day learn better and behave better. I want to provide my students with weight-bearing exercises that will give them a well-rounded fitness experience. These medicine balls will do just that. They can be used in some many ways such as in fitness circuits, as well as individual workouts. They are soft and easy to handle for children. I teach all the grades (k-9) so the different weight sizes will challenge the wide range of students and their abilities. These medicine balls will serve my entire school; they will be well utilized and useful to many. Please help me make the most of helping these students build habits for a life-long healthy life​.
