I have a fantastic group of 24 second graders, who come to school eager and ready to learn each day. From the moment my students step into the classroom, they speak only French. Because students are learning in a foreign language, they are acquiring many new words on a daily basis. Although they aren't learning and speaking to their friends and teacher in their native language, students are nevertheless eager to learn each day as they navigate reading, writing, spelling, math, and science in a foreign language.

About my class
