After being taught virtually for the last two school years, it is essential that students have the opportunity to participate in as much hands-on learning in the classroom this year. With the donation of these math manipulatives, my students will be able to better understand the complex concepts of fractions, place value, and measurement, etc.. By donating to this project, you will help my students being to enjoy math and have fun learning it. So many students struggle with math because of the abstract concepts. It is not until they are able to see the physical representation of what they are learning that they are able to make the connections and understand. Nearly everyone can relate to struggling with math at some point in their life. It is my goal with this project to put an end to that struggle with my students using these math manipulatives.
