In my Strategies for Learning class, students move through an executive functioning curriculum to help them learn and practice skills that will help them succeed in school, a future career, and in life in general. We focus specifically on organization, study skills, time management, self-advocacy, and more. These students face so many challenges in their daily lives already - they shouldn't have to be concerned about missing out on learning opportunities because they do not have something to write with. To be able to provide students with something to write with, a folder to organize with, or a marker to add some color to a class project is a small act that can have a large impact!

About my class
