Books help students enter new worlds, integrate curriculum areas, make connections, and develop their literacy. Our classroom is starting fresh and needs to build our library! Any contribution will bring my students one book closer to success. As a new teacher, my goal is to provide my students with an exceptional, culturally diverse, cross-curriculum library.It is essential my students have a variety of books from different genres and subject areas. This library will help support our classroom learning across all subject areas through curriculum integration. The library will also provide my students with access to different texts, genres, and authors. My students will thrive with access to a more complete classroom library.
