With the addition of iPads into our classroom, we will be one of the few classrooms in the school that have access to such technology. My students will be able to access apps that reinforce skills and enable higher level learning. They will be able to listen to stories, practice math and reading fluency, and have the access to 21st century skills. My students will be able to work in centers with the iPads, improve their writing, reading, learning phonemic awareness skills, working with math manipulatives and more. My students deserve to have the opportunity to explore technology and become engaged in content. Our classroom will be forever changed by the addition of iPads! Technology is shaping the world. I want my students to learn how to think critically, be creative, and learn to collaborate through technology, so they can be leaders in the future.
