I am a kindergarten teacher in Middletown Connecticut. My district is made up of a mix different races and economic backgrounds. Some of our children have been exposed to technology since a young age, while others have never clicked a mouse before. My students could benefit greatly from iPads in our classroom. Technology is becoming more and more important in our everyday life and my students are expected to be proficient on the computers by second grade. My students are an energetic bunch who love being able to use the computer or tablets any chance they get. Most of the time they don't even realize they are learning, they are having so much fun.
