These energetic learners are boys and girls in a school that has a diverse population. Our school is Title I, has over four hundred students, and 100% qualify for free and reduced lunch. Our school has students from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. For example our student population has approximately 62% Hispanic and 10% American Indian populations. Our Magnet school program offers opportunities for students to learn through the framework of science, technology, engineering, and math to develop problem solving, creativity, and collaborative skills. It is amazing to watch students come together in our STEM classes. Through dynamic team building, project based learning, group problem solving, and hands-on learning our students are learning skills for their future. These amazing opportunities will influence the careers they choose to pursue in the future!
