The items I have chosen for my classroom will provide my students choice for flexible seating. These items include stability balls, wobble stools, and sturdy desk stools. With these items, students will be able to learn in an area that is safe to move around while they are engaging in the learning process. Flexible seating options will increase engagement, comfortability, and create a more relaxing and collaborative environment. The options chosen are very intentional in order to meet the needs of all students and help them maximize their learning environment. In addition to the collaborative learning space, this will be a great way to open up my classroom with a warm and welcoming feel full of bright colors and choice. Students will be taught how and encouraged to choose a flexible seating option that is conducive to their learning needs. As all students are different, they all have unique learning styles and with several options, we will find the one that works best for each individual child!
