Our school district loves technology! I enjoy making it a part of our daily lessons in the classroom. I am so excited to have an opportunity to request Apple iPads for my students. The iPads and cases will be used during my Daily 5 Literacy Stations, and the students will be able to use them to access different educational programs such as SeeSaw (an app that allows children to keep an electronic journal of their the work in class), Teach Your Monster to Read (an interactive phonics game), among so much more. When technology is integrated into lessons, students are expected to be more interested in the subjects they are studying. In addition to the iPads, I am requesting kids headphones so my students can use the devices without distracting others who are participating in other activities. Along with the iPads, I'm requesting additional Apple chargers to keep iPads charged and ready for these little scholars. The JAXPETY Rolling Storage Cart with 15 Drawers Metal Rack will be used to keep students' workstation materials organized. The Sharpie Permanent Markers will be used to make colorful anchor charts in the classroom. The Trade Quest Plastic Clipboards will be given to students who prefer to sit on the rug and complete their classwork. The Pendaflex Two-Tone Color File Folders will keep students' work organized in the filing cabinet. Finally, I am requesting Scotch Thermal Laminating Pouches to laminate printed materials that my students will use in their workstations. Laminating printed material allows us to reuse my materials for years to come! Thank you for in advance for supporting our classroom!
