I want to inspire my students to love reading! We will go over a classic fiction book that can both engage their imagination, as well as challenge their critical thinking. Students will talk about imagery, sentence structures, main ideas, writing strategies the author used, and respond to the text with their own analysis, claims, and opinions using evidence from the book. These books will be a critical component to improve my students' literacy, find joy in reading, and be life-long learners. I am hoping that you would support me to make this a reality.
