Communication is essential in a classroom whether it is in person or on the computer. In my K-5 Moderate/Severe Special Education Classroom, many of my students are verbally limited, soft-spoken, or non-verbal. It can be a challenge to hear what they are saying when they speak so softly or with limited language. Having microphones will help me hear them speak and even promote engagement because it will be a fun accommodation for them. I am also asking for watercolors and crayons for each student so that we can do a weekly art project. Since teaching from a computer during distance learning, I have relied on adapting worksheets from Teachers Pay Teachers to use in Daily Google Slide show lessons. These can become pricey, and, before you know it, hundreds of dollars are spent! I would appreciate the donation to be able to get all of the resources that I need to have a variety of activities for each student based on their skill levels and learning needs. Thank you in advance!
