The purpose of such a diverse classroom library is to support and appeal to the many different students. Students enter the classroom with a wide variety of reading levels and interests. My library will comprise of books that students may read both casually or assigned. As a teacher I am able to choose specific books to differentiate literacy instruction. Literacy development is such a major component in school's today which is why a classroom library is an integral part of the learning environment. My students will deserve an unlimited access to reading material that will aid in their overall reading abilities.
