We are a First and Second grade combo class and one of our two our biggest challenges is finding reading sources that reflect our classroom diversity. In our class alone we have a dozen different cultural backgrounds. We are so fortunate to have a vast range of cultures and our class library should represent all of us! Our second challenge being a combo class with a wide range of reading abilities and interests. We love books and magazines so, in order to foster that love we need more of them!
