I work at a school that focuses on STEAM - science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. We have many different cultures and languages represented within our student body, and it creates a wonderful learning community for our students. Our diversity is one of our most valuable assets and teachers at our school. Our school is also very low income, which does provide some challenges in areas such as resources. However, my students have an enduring spirit which outshines and overcomes any challenging circumstances or lack of resources they may have. Our students are curious and ready to take on the world!
