My classes consist of 45 8th grade regular math students, 50 algebra students and 24 math acceleration students. My school is a title one school with majority of students on the free reduced lunch plan. Bringing in new technology resources into the classroom will allow the students to experience learning in a way they never have or may never be able to. The students will be able to use the drone to learn about proportions, area of objects, volume, quadratic functions and linear functions. My students this year are striving to be excellent. My students are aware of the implementation of Level 2 requirements to be successful on end of year testing and are putting in the extra tutoring before and after school to reach this level. I would like to offer them fun and innovative ways of learning to help them reach their goals.
