Hello, first I would like to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to be a voice for our students. The tablets will allow me to instruct a few students at a time. This will allow the students to learn the lesson hands-on with the ability to focus on their work. They will learn skills that they will need to use during their school year and beyond. A lot of these families do not have access to tools in technology that's why it is important to introduce tablets at this age. My project is a new innovative math curriculum which has been researched and tested and found to be very successful in helping student's understanding of math concepts and done in a fun way! I assure you that the tablets are a must in a Pre-k program especially with students whose first language is Spanish and student's who have speech impediments.
