The weekly magazines that I am requesting will spark the interest of all of my students. They look forward to finding a new copy in their book boxes each week. My students will have an opportunity to explore each issue during guided reading, buddy reading, and read to self. They can use an article as a jumping off point for a individual or class project, research, writing activity, group discussion, field trip... whatever they wish. I have used these weekly magazines in the past and I love seeing the students’ excitement and enthusiasm each time they discovered a new copy!

About my class
