My students need to feel comfortable and relaxed when they are with me. I am a mother of 3 (ages 15, 13 and 5) and I completely understand how students came become fidgety after an hour of sitting. Many of my students come to me with learning disabilities and challenges that I can't fix but can definitely adjust the environment they are in to help them. With flexible seating my students can move without disrupting others. Students who are allowed to move or wiggle when needed without bothering others allows for more instruction time on my part. In the end this facilitates a fun, relaxing environment that also is welcoming.
