My students with special needs need more venues to enable them to read. By having Ipads in the classroom this will enable the students to listen to stories online while following in the books. The students can sit in groups, collaborate with each other while reading and discussing the story. By following with the story they will increase their reading ability and encourage them to read more often. By allowing them to work in groups the students come to feel more responsible for their own education. By having Ipads in the classroom we give my special needs students a little more freedom and not be singled out.
