Thanks for considering donating to my project! As a 7th grade English and Language Arts teacher, much thought goes into the creation of each unit we use as a team. Capturing the imagination of 7th graders is an art all to itself. Finding materials which engage, educate, and support the needs of each of my students is difficult. Designing a unit around the book "Chasing Lincoln's Killer" will enable me to engage my students which will make teaching them much easier. Many of you know of my work within my profession and at my school sites. You know that this is not my preferred method of "school funding". You know I believe that all students deserve the best materials. Given the continuous cuts to education and the implementation of the Common Core Standards, we must think outside the box.
