My students have chosen to take part in a project to benefit the community. We will be renovating a house near our school to rent out at a low cost to immigrant students and their families. In order to do this, we need proper safety equipment like hard hats and goggles to ensure no one gets hurt! This project is incredibly important for my students. They are eager to help the community grow and their peers thrive through the renovation and rental of the house. If we cannot get these supplies the project may end up having to be cancelled. Hopefully that will not happen as my students have put in a huge amount of work already.
