Having these items with help students build their confidence in P.E class. My goal is to introduce my students to non-traditional, lifelong sports like; ping pong, ladder golf, magnetic darts, bocce ball, corn hole and bucket ball. As well as giant sized board games like; Checkers, Jenga and Connect Four. These games require strategy and movement, its a new and fun take to the average board game. Students are always wanting to learn the next best thing. By providing them with these resources, they can find their unique talents while participating in a new activity where they have to use strategy and teamwork. I want students to look forward to PE. By giving students the opportunity to participate in these activities in gym class they will become confident and capable in participating in the activities outside of school as well. Students will be intrigued by giant sized board games. These games are made larger to increase movement during the game. I would love for the students to find an activity that interests them and they would want to participate in outside of school. These items will be used as a "Fun Friday" in our gym class. It is a chance for students to show their unique talents and interests while engaging in games and activities
