As a bilingual educator, I aim to create a welcoming, warm, and exciting classroom community based on best-researched instructional practices. Providing students with comfortable flexible seating options has shown to increase student engagement, productivity, accountability during their independent work time, which is vital to developing my students' reading and writing abilities! The products I have selected will help my 3rd & 4th grade students by giving them additional seating options as they practice their reading and writing skills. The floor cushions, beanbag chairs, and lap desks will allow for comfortable floor seating options. They are lightweight and can be easily moved to many areas of the classroom. The wobble stools will help those students who need it to get their wiggles out.
