The foundation of the early childhood classroom is our daily centers. Students spend the majority of the day working throughout the classroom in different themed centers. Some students love to build, others love to write, and some love to explore using their imaginations. My goal as a teacher is to create as many spaces as possible for students to thrive independently in our classroom. These writing materials, building manipulatives, and organizational tools that are requested in this project will add a much-needed boost to our centers and whole group activities. The materials will provide students with opportunities to play, to pretend, and to explore different concepts and ideas in our Pre-K classroom.
