My students are Deaf and/or hearing impaired. I work with Pre-K through 12th grade students across my school district. Each child has different reading levels, different academic needs, and different learning styles. But they all have one thing in common - a desire to become better readers! Sadly, statistics indicate that most Deaf and hard of hearing students never reach past a 4th grade reading level. My goal as a teacher is to make a change in that statistic!!!

About my class
