My students all have an IEP (Individualized Education Program). Each IEP is designed for a specific student and must truly be an individualized document. An IEP is a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in a meeting in keeping with certain requirements of law and regulations. My students receive support from me in co teaching segments, where I push into their general education classroom. I also serve students in the resource room outside of their general education classroom. Our Title 1 school has over 1000 students grades PreK through 5th grades. All of our students receive free breakfast and free lunch due to high poverty.
