This extra computer monitor will help me teach students virtually. My only way to interact with my digital learning students is through the computer and it is often difficult to teach a concept by sharing my screen and interacting with the student over video call with only one computer screen. A second computer monitor will help me to connect with my virtual students on a more personal level. I will be able to watch a student's facial expressions on one screen during a video conference while I share instructional content on another screen. This is essential in teaching because it helps me to understand what a student is grasping and what we need to go back and re-teach.
