I'm Bri and I teach 8 wonderful students(: My students spend the whole day in my self-contained autism room, grades 6th through 8th. It's only my second year teaching, and also the school's second year open. I have 4 returning students from last year and 4 new ones. I also have one amazing assistant that supports myself and the students. We are eager to begin this new school year! We teach 5 subjects; Math, Language Arts, Social Studies/Science, Life Skills, and Social Skills. So, my students are in my room all day. I also teach adapted state standards, IEP goals, life skills, social skills, and behavior management skills. Coming into a new school meant no supplies for my students, the classroom was completely empty. Help me provide my students with the best possible education and a one they deserve.
