Flexible seating will give my Kindergartners the opportunity to be themselves while they learn. It's hard even as adults to sit still, so just imagine a five year old having to do so! A part of teaching the whole child is knowing what they need. One day they may need to sit on a wobble stool to focus and another day they may want to balance on a ball while reading. Flexible seating allows children to get their wiggles out all while being engaged in learning. It is my job to make learning fun so what better way to go against tradition and give them options in seating. Are you sold yet? Help me give my Kindergartners sitting of their choice!
