Do you remember American History class? Did you express your learning by creating slideshow and researching online? I didn't, but my high school students are ready to do this every day! Technology in the classroom allows students to learn and pursue interests at their own pace and on their own level. The 7 Chromebooks I am requesting will be in use every day in the classroom. Students will be creating presentations using Google Slides. They will also be conducting research about topics that they have chosen to investigate. I am amazed every day by how my students choose to express themselves using technology! It is an amazing tool to track progress and use that growth to encourage and motivate students. Nothing beats being able to SHOW students how far they've come. With Chromebooks, we could accomplish so much!
