These hands on learning tools and games will help engage my students in learning. Students will be motivated and excited to learn new math skills. My students love hands on activities that bring learning to life. That's the goal with the k'nex and the bridges kits. The calculators are needed for activities in math lab class and regular math class. These kids need more valuable lessons that are engaging and not from a textbook. The fraction dominoes will help my seventh and either grade classes really understand fractions outside the book. The students look forward to a day in class when you say the word project or game and the makers kit will be used almost daily in math lab for different projects. The excitement is something special, a break from the same old thing and they learn so much more.
