As a special education teacher, I am lucky to have such a diverse group of students. They have many different strengths, weaknesses, and approaches to learning. To reach all of my students, I must differentiate my lessons. Walking around my classroom while teaching Algebra is essential to ensure my students understand what is being taught. The iPad will make lectures more interactive and engaging as it allows me the ability to connect more directly with my students. From the iPad I will be able to display handwritten notes, videos, Powerpoint presentations, and more while students are learning. I will be able to see exactly what students are doing, as well as provide immediate feedback. This grants me a better understanding of students' needs while increasing student mastery.
