The use of the different leveled books will provide all of my students the opportunity to read exciting and interesting books appropriate for their language and reading abilities. My students are able to use our classroom library as a place to "travel" and "explore" places and ideas they had not before. Some use the books in our class as an opportunity to use their imaginations to explore beyond what happens in our classroom. Every one of my students is a reader and deserves the opportunity to read books that continue to build and extend their reading skills and piques their curiosity. My students love reading books with vibrant illustrations and pictures, mystery chapter books, and step-by-step books that work on specific reading skills. Reflecting on my students' needs and interests, I picked books that each of my students will love!
