My school is a small school of 350 students in a large urban district. Our school has a high population of English Language Learners and students with special needs. The vast majority of the students are eligible for free or reduced lunch. This overview provide a limited and impersonal view of the students I work with every day. I have students with a wide range of mathematical knowledge and ability, various interests and talents, and different hopes and dreams for the future. I work with students who aspire to become doctors, lawyers, psychologists, and professional basketball players. It is my goal to provide all of my students the best education possible and to make sure that they are academically prepared to fulfill any dream they have.
