I have the privilege of sharing the wonders of music with children at two schools. I teach K4-5th grade General Music. Overall, I teach 704 students each week! Every day, I am greeted with excited children wondering what we will cover in music this week! I love to see their eager faces as I share with them their listening assignments each week. They have learned how to develop informed opinions regarding the different genres of music they are exposed to. I especially like sharing with them how to play the musical instruments we have on hand! However, I would like to add to my musical instruments and supplies in order to share more of the wonders of music with all of my students! My Donors Chose Project requests will reflect specific grade level needs, so many will show different grade levels as well as the number of children benefitting from them as I build our program!
