My students are grades Kindergarten through 5th from varying family backgrounds. They are energetic and eager to learn each time I see them. I only have each class once every 6 days; therefore, in their 45 minute class, I put my best effort to teach a highly effective, active participation, cross curriculum experience to make them excited to learn and hopefully retain. When I pose a question, students will do their own research and bring it back into my classroom 6 days later! They love learning and have technology to help further learning beyond the classroom. No longer do students expect the answer, "I don't know." They want to figure out problems together and won't settle for less. My students are just like my children at home, they need love and to know how much you care for them. Our school strives to help every child reach their full potential and achieve success in all areas. In partnership with our school community, I know that we will soar to great heights! Hawks Fly High!
