My Kindergarteners come to school with many different experiences. Some have been to preschool, while others are just learning how to hold a pencil. Some have never held a book. Many have never had the positive experiences of a sitting in a parent's lap and being read to. They are excited to come to Kindergarten and are eager to learn. They love making new friends, reading books, and just being at school. We are a small school in a rural community. Like many other places, our community was hit hard by the economic downturn. Our school is a place where we do our best to support the diverse needs of our students.

About my class
