We are a diverse school serving over 20 nationalities, including refugee communities. I teach technology to every class in the school once a week. Many of our students do not have regular home access to computers, despite their regular school and state mandated assessments being administered on the computer. Computer science and programming is a sector that is growing exponentially, and I am determined to help every child learn how to be technologically capable and responsible before they leave for middle school.
