Kindergarteners and first graders have so much extra energy. The requested wobble chairs, balance balls and chair bouncy bands are a safe way for students to wiggle while they work. They need an outlet for this energy and these flexible seating options allow for students to use their energy as they work in order to enhance their learning. Each of these items will enhance learning for different students in my classroom. I currently have implemented some flexible seating, but I do not have enough variety, nor choices, for each student. Adding these items to my classroom will give everyone a variety of choices to enhance their learning.
