We have a high percentage of low income students who can benefit from materials that can develop their background knowledge and expose them to new ideas and vocabulary. As the children see that people in the community want them to learn and do well at school and are willing to help them by donating to fund materials and projects, this can help to encourage them to always do their best at school.
